Teacher's Pay Awards and Conditions of Employment are managed through Devon County Council and its legislation.
Premises issues are reviewed termly with a walkaround, noting any requirements, by the Premises Governor and Headteacher. The Headteacher also liaises with Connect 2, the department who are responsible for buildings upkeep.
