Information from our School Nurse:

Dyslexia

We are proud to have achieved the accreditation as a Dyslexia Friendly School!

As part of this two year process, we have set up a small committee of children from each class across the school.

Their role has been to put forward ideas, evaluate resources and give a pupil voice.

Parents have also attended a Workshop led by Ann Atherton (Devon Dyslexia Outreach Specialist) and are welcome to meet with class teachers and/or the SENDCo to discuss their child's needs.

Please find below useful information about the ways that you can support your child with dyslexia and links to websites that provide more detail.
