Resolving a Complaint
At Instow, we pride ourselves on good relationships and transparent communication.
If you have a concern or issue, please ask to talk to your child's teacher to try to resolve the problem. If you wish, you may request that the Headteacher is involved in these discussions and we will endeavour to find a solution together.
If you are not happy with the outcome, your complaint will need to be raised with the Chair of Governors.
There is a complaints form that can be used and then given, or emailed, to the school office who will ensure it is forwarded onto the Chair of Governors. Please refer to our Complaints Policy for more information.
